By accessing or using PracticePlus, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.
Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily use PracticePlus for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. This license does not include:
- Modifying or copying materials
- Using materials for commercial purposes
- Removing copyright or proprietary notations
- Transferring materials to another person
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Subscription and Payment
Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use PracticePlus:
- In any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- To transmit harmful or malicious code
- To attempt unauthorized access to our systems
- To interfere with or disrupt the service
Limitation of Liability
PracticePlus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
